Our client are an international luxury hotel group, recruiting a Director of Rooms for a major Osaka property.

This is a highly prestigious employer, awarded with a Michelin Key. You will lead all teams in the Rooms department, and be responsible for providing top-class service.

主な業務内容：

• - 客室部門の全運営管理
• - スタッフに最高のホスピタリティを促進
• - 部門間（フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、飲食、セールスなど）の調整を行い、シームレスなゲスト体験を確保
• - 宿泊率や平均客室単価の管理による客室収益の最適化
• - 飲食部門と協力し、直接販売を通じて収益を増加
• - 予算計画、予測、および資本プロジェクトの管理
• - 客室用品や残業に関連するコストの管理
• - スタッフの継続的なトレーニングプログラムの開発

応募資格：

• - 管理職での経験
• - 客室部門やゲストサービスでの経験
• - 高級ホテルでの経験（優遇）
