• Manage IT equity projects, ensuring delivery on time and within quality standards
• Trading systems implementation, ensuring effective integration and operation
• Conduct detailed analysis of equity trading systems for enhancements
• Work collaboratively with IT, trading, and senior management to align project and business goals
• Identify and resolve complex project issues with practical solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis and project management
• Experience in investment banking
• Proven track record in equity trading systems project management
• Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Communication ability in both Japanese and English is mandatory
