**Role Overview**
As the Assistant Client Engagement & Performance Manager, you will help foster a client-centric culture by implementing strategies to enhance key client performance metrics. You will manage the seasonal client activation calendar and develop local client experiences to drive growth. This role requires close collaboration with global and regional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Grow and maintain the client database by acquiring new clients and implementing retention and win-back strategies, ensuring lifecycle management aligns with local laws.
- Conduct regular store visits and maintain open communication to identify development needs, coaching the retail team to adopt a client-focused approach and execute communication campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client development strategies and improve relevant KPIs.
- Analyze client and campaign data to identify opportunities and create actionable plans for store and corporate teams.
- Implement in-store client systems, monitor KPIs, and track adoption.
- Execute the seasonal marketing and promotional calendar, including launches, store openings, events, and gifting.
- Support communication strategies by aligning local markets with overall plans.
- Maintain clear communication to ensure global guidelines are understood and provide local feedback.
- Manage the regional budget.
**Profile Requirements**
- Previous experience in retail, marketing & communication, or client engagement, with luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong passion for client engagement.
- Proven ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, even under pressure.
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Japanese.
- Degree in a relevant field.
