Head of Client Engagement - Global Luxury Brand

Overview:
This role focuses on driving client recruitment, retention, and development through strategic CRM initiatives and clienteling activities. You will analyze customer data, enhance the client value proposition, and implement targeted actions to support an omni-channel approach across stores and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and monitor CRM KPIs, providing insights to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit and retain clients, increasing loyalty and sales.
  • Manage and optimize CRM tools, ensuring effective data use and system integration.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and stores to maximize the client database and drive results.
  • Deliver training and support to ensure CRM initiatives meet business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM tools and database management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
