業務内容:

• 副管理者を支援し、特に定時運航やサービス品質を監視
• 空港オペレーションが企業および規制基準を満たしていることを確認
• 地上業務における安全とセキュリティ基準を徹底
• 企業を代表して地元の規制当局や関連機関とコミュニケーション
• 遅延やお客様からの苦情などの問題を迅速に解決
• 不規則事態を迅速に報告し、解決策を提案
• 潜在的な危険やセキュリティリスクを特定し対処
• グランドハンドリングエージェントと協力し、サービスとセキュリティの向上を図る
• 現地の航空規制に関する最新情報を常に把握し、経営陣へ報告
• 必要に応じて、残業、待機、海外出張、シフト勤務に対応可能

応募資格:

• 学士号以上
• 航空業界または航空会社での5年以上の経験、うち2年以上の監督経験
• 旅客対応の深い理解; ランプ、ディスパッチ、貨物運用の知識があれば尚可
• 航空安全およびセキュリティプロトコルに精通
• 日本語と英語に堪能で、優れた筆記能力
• Microsoft Officeに熟練
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームワーク
• 卓越した顧客サービスの提供に専念
• 自立して働ける方、プレッシャーに強い方
