Job Responsibilities
- Formulating technical strategies and roadmaps
- Building the foundation for a rapidly expanding engineering team and organizing the structure
- Creating an organization where professional engineers want to continue working
- Team building, development, and evaluation of the engineering team
- Identifying challenges within the team and devising and implementing solutions
- People management of engineers (over 50 members)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in a technical role
- Experience managing a team of over 50 engineers
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in AI and machine learning
- Experience in team building, development, and evaluation
- Advanced communication skills and leadership
- Japanese (Fluent), English (Business)
