IT Service Management Lead


Our client is a top provider of data-driven marketing solutions, using consumer purchasing data to offer market insights and strategic support. The IT Service Management Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and effective incident management. This role involves working with international teams and senior leaders like the VP and CFO.

This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on ITSM frameworks within a restructured company. You will work in a global setting, supporting business growth and digital transformation in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • - Leading and improving incident response to enhance IT services for clients.
  • - Working with engineers, product managers, and business leaders to make sure IT support meets the client's customer experience goals.
  • - Communicating clearly with stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
  • - Reporting directly to the IT Director, this is an independent role.



Key Qualifications:

  • - Over 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 3 years in system monitoring and incident management.
  • - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • - Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • - Experience with ITSM tools.
  • - Fluent in Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • - ITIL certification.
  • - Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • - Proven experience working in multicultural teams.
