A globally renowned luxury fashion brand is looking for a Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager in Tokyo. This role will focus on enhancing store visuals, brand presentation, and customer experience, working closely with both local teams and HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement VMD strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistent in-store visual merchandising and optimize store zoning.
• Train and support store staff on VMD execution.
• Oversee window displays and product launches in coordination with HQ.
• Conduct regular store visits and reporting to maintain high visual standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Strong background in luxury retail or fashion.
• Fluent Japanese, with business-level English.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Office tools.
