About the Role:
As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll oversee store operations, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From inventory and logistics to IT and merchandising, you'll be the go-to person to ensure operational excellence while working closely with APAC and global HQ teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support store teams with hands-on operational solutions and ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Lead projects involving IT systems, logistics, and vendor management.
- Analyze and optimize inventory, merchandising, and logistical processes to improve performance.
- Partner with APAC and global HQ teams to align on strategies and drive initiatives.
- Contribute to exciting projects like store relocations and business expansions.

- Passion for retail operations and willingness to dive into technical projects.
