Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment in Japan. The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on experience to attract and onboard top talent effectively. The successful candidate will enhance recruitment processes and support diversity and inclusion in hiring.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.

採用プロセス全般を管理し、候補者にとってスムーズな体験を提供する。

- Work with internal leaders to understand and meet hiring needs.

社内リーダーと連携し、採用ニーズを把握し対応する。

- Develop recruitment, interviewing, and hiring practices to improve candidate engagement.

候補者エンゲージメントを向上させるための採用、面接、採用手法を開発する。

- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and direct hiring initiatives, like employee referral programs.

外部の採用パートナーとの関係を管理し、従業員紹介プログラムなど直接採用を推進する。

- Meet goals related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring, and candidate satisfaction.

採用までの時間、採用コスト、多様性採用、候補者満足度に関する目標を達成する。

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in a senior recruiter or managerial role in Talent Acquisition with both practical and strategic skills.

シニアリクルーターまたは採用部門の管理職としての豊富な経験を持ち、実務と戦略のスキルを兼ね備えた方。

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持ち、あらゆるレベルで影響力を発揮し関係を構築できる方。

- Native Japanese and fluency in English preferred.

日本語がネイティブレベルで、英語に堪能な方が望ましい。
