Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process to find top talent in tech and HR.

テクノロジーおよび人事分野で優秀な人材を見つけるための採用プロセスを管理する。

Create and implement talent acquisition strategies that support business goals.

事業目標をサポートするタレントアクイジション戦略を策定し、実行する。

Work with department heads to define hiring needs and write job descriptions.

部門責任者と連携し、採用ニーズを明確にし、求人内容を作成する。

Use innovative sourcing methods to build a strong talent pool.

革新的なソーシング手法を活用して、優秀な人材プールを構築する。

Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

面接、評価、リファレンスチェックを実施する。

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.

リクルーターのチームを指導し、育成する。

Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring processes.

採用データを分析し、採用プロセスを改善する。

Qualifications

Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in tech or HR.

タレントアクイジションの実務経験があり、特にテクノロジーまたは人事分野での経験が理想的。

Strong leadership skills with team management experience.

チーム管理経験を持つ優れたリーダーシップスキル。

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル。

Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude.

戦略的思考を持ち、積極的な姿勢で取り組む方。

Proficiency in Japanese and English is a plus.

日本語および英語に堪能であれば尚可。

Familiarity with current recruitment technologies.
