Settlements Analyst (Banking & Financial Services)
Our client are a global financial service provider, recruiting a Settlements Analyst. You'll manage Japanese domestic fixed income products & gain experience working on projects to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities:
- Process cash trades / repo transactions, manage collateral, and handle margining.
- Develop policies & processes to improve the efficiency of trading processes.
- Perform regulatory reporting duties; make sure of compliance with global regulations and internal policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risk in operational process.
- Analyze operational data to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Support the launch and integration of new products and technologies.
- Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services.
- Expertise in fixed income products preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting and regulatory compliance.
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
