Responsibilities:
- Process orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate across teams and ensure accurate clearance, settlement, and investigation.
- Identify and resolve process issues in Foreign Exchange Product procedures.
- Enhance processing efficiency by developing new methods and solutions within assigned Foreign Exchange Product areas.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
