APAC HR Operations Analyst
We are seeking an APAC HR Operations Analyst for a leading asset management firm. This role provides essential HR support across various APAC regions, excluding payroll. You will ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with local employment laws, serving as a key contact for staff and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Serve as the main contact for HR questions, guiding staff and managers to the right resources.
- - Advise on HR policies and tools, working with other HR teams to improve service.
- - Provide local support for non-payroll HR functions, handling regional issues.
- - Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
- - Help develop and improve HR tools and processes.
- - Manage benefits according to local rules and coordinate with payroll when needed.
- - Oversee leave processes to meet country-specific laws.
- - Analyze benefits data to guide HR decisions.
- - Train and mentor new HR team members, customizing training as needed.
- - Share knowledge with Europe & APAC teams for ongoing learning.
- - Create and review HR reports to support strategic goals.
