Senior Recrutier - (Tech Sector, up to 16M)
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a focus on technology roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure recruitment aligns with business goals.
- Understand hiring needs and create plans to meet them on time.
- Use professional networks to find and attract experienced tech talent.
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Lead recruitment projects to improve efficiency.
- Manage the candidate journey from first contact to job offer, including interviews, salary talks, and reference checks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Business-level Japanese and English skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Skilled in offer negotiation.
- Experience in recruiting within the Internet or technology sectors advantageous.
