The company is developing B2B SaaS using generative AI. Just one year after launching our service, we have received support from many companies and our organization has grown from 10 to 70 people in a short amount of time. Now, they have 600 employees in total and comprises with many global talents.
In this position, you will be involved in developing applications that utilize generative AI technology to dramatically improve business efficiency and productivity. They are looking for a UX Researcher who will not only create prototypes based on customer requirements, but also lead the product by proactively formulating development projects that are important for strengthening future products and businesses, as well as the development requirements necessary for those projects, and moving forward with development.
The salary for this role is up to 12M or more, depending on experience and skills.
Required experience and skills
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Japanese
- Nice to have team management experience (3-4 members expected). Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and logical communication skills and effectively report research results
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple professions (engineers, PdM, PjM, etc.) and stakeholders to create services
- 3 years or more of working experience in the UX reserach field, and posses the bility to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and turn it into insights
- B2B or SaaS experience nice to have
