Our client are a global leader in manufacturing, IT, and R&D, headquartered in Kawasaki. They're searching for a Senior Recruiter to lead global recruitment efforts. You'll handle roles across Japan, the USA, and the APAC region.

The ideal candidate is an experienced internal recruiter with a strong background in direct sourcing and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• - Support hiring managers globally.
• - Recruit for permanent, fixed-term contract, and internship roles.
• - Succession planning.
• - Enhance employer branding
• - Establish relationships with organizations and universities to attract STEM candidates.
• - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• - Manage relationships with preferred recruitment agents.

Qualifications

• - 8+ years in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• - Employer branding experience.
• - Strong labor market knowledge and pipeline management skills.
• - Experience in hiring STEM or Ph.D. candidates is a plus.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
