Senior Accounting Manager (Hybrid & Flextime!) - Luxury Fashion

Our client are a global luxury fashion group, recruiting a Senior Accounting Manager. You'll work closely with the Finance Director and other managers to support our local business.

This is a senior leadership role with team management responsibilities. Our client offers great work life balance with hybrid work and flextime.

Role:

• - Lead & manage accounting team.
• - Ensure internal controls and operational procedures follow group policies.
• - Oversee the preparation of group financial reports.
• - Work closely with Finance Director and senior management team to provide strategic financial support.
• - Handle relationships with auditors / tax representatives.
• - Ensure transactions and balances are reconciled.

Qualifications:

• - 4+ years of relevant experience.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - Ability or desire to lead / manage a team.
• - SAP proficiency.
• - JCPA or US CPA certification (preferred).
