Finance Manager (Hybrid Remote Work, 8-10m JPY, Work Life Balance!)

Our client are a leading company in the fashion retail sector. They're recruiting a Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• - Oversee financial operations for eCommerce (including sales, accounts receivable, and inventory).
• - Ensure accurate reconciliation of daily sales and payment transactions.
• - Work with cross-functional teams across eCommerce, logistics, and IT to solve any issues.
• - Serve as the go-to expert for eCommerce sales and inventory processes.
• - Collaborate with other global / regional offices.

Qualifications:

• - Nissho Boki 2nd Level.
• - 5+ years of finance experience
• - 2+ years of experience in finance operations.
• - Experience working with e-commerce businesses (preferred)
• - ERP experience.
• - Retail industry experience.
• - Experience in accounts receivable, sales transactions, and inventory control.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
