Our client are a leading e-commerce company, recruiting a B2B Sales Planning & Strategy Manager.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for corporate and public sector sales teams.
- Analyze opportunities and provide strategic direction to leadership.
- Lead resource planning.
- Manage sales & KPI analytics; provide actionable insights.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, QuickSight, and Excel.
- Collaborate closely with international teams across sales operations, finance, marketing, and product management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate planning.
- Experience with GTM strategy planning.
- Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and experience with programming languages like SQL or Python.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/BI tools.
- Skills in developing and implementing CRM systems, revenue reporting, and sales automation tools (preferred).
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
