Private Capital Sales Specialist [EXCLUSIVE ROLE]

Responsibilities:
- - Create distribution strategy for wealth products in Japan (focus on alternative investments and real assets), in collaboration with senior / executive leaders.
- - Advise on marketing strategy and positioning.
- - Collaborate with local teams (incl. relationship managers and product specialists) to effectively market products in Japan.
- - Lead efforts to raise capital and manage client relations in wealth and institutional channels.
Qualifications:
- - 8+ years of experience in client solutions or distribution roles
- - Experience in private markets and real assets (strongly preferred).
- - Successful track record in raising capital in wealth or institutional channels.
- - In-depth knowledge of fundraising, fund structures, and client preferences.
- - CFA certification (preferred).
- - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
