Non-Financial Risk Manager - VP/Director

Our client are a leading financial services firm, recruiting a Non-Financial Risk Manager at the VP/Director level.

You'll focus on managing and improving frameworks and systems to handle non-financial risks (eg. operational and third-party risks)

Responsibilities:

• - Manage frameworks for managing non-financial risks such as operational and third-party risks.
• - Coordinate risk management information sharing across departments.
• - Measure and analyze risk levels.
• - Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• - Collect / analyze data.
• - Improve the efficiency of management frameworks (eg. Risk Control Self-Assessment).

Required Qualifications:

• - Experience in non-financial risk management
• - Experience in operational, administrative, or system risk management
• - Experience working in a financial institution.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
• - Management systems and system development project experience (preferred).
• - Experience in sustainability-related risk management (preferred).
