Our client are a global luxury brand, recruiting a Head of Marketing & PR managing a team of 7 people.

You'll have the opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role setting marketing goals, KIP's and negotiating with HQ.

Suitable candidates will be bilingual with a solid marketing and communication background and experience in menswear / tailoring. These two elements will be absolutely essential.

• マーケティング/PR チームのリードおよび管理
• 日本におけるブランドのマーケティング戦略の策定および管理
• マーケティングおよび PR 予算の管理
• シーズナルマーケティングカレンダーのリード（PR コミュニケーション、インフルエンサーマーケティング、オンラインおよびオフラインのブランドアクティベーション戦略を含む）
• 外部ベンダー（広告代理店、PR 代理店、クリエイティブエージェンシーなど）の管理

応募条件

• マーケティングおよびコミュニケーションの経験
• ラグジュアリーファッション業界での経験
• メンズウェアおよび/またはテーラードグッズの経験（必須）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力
• リーダーシップ経験（望ましい）
