Learning & Development Manager (Software Company)
Our client are a leader in software development / distribution, recruiting a Learning & Development Manager.
This role is crucial in developing and implementing learning strategies for the Japan office. You'll also collaborate closely with global HQ.
Responsibilities
- - Conduct needs assessments to customize learning programs for Japan.
- - Work with local HR and leadership to find development opportunities.
- - Create and conduct training sessions (both online and in-person)
- - Lead projects to develop new initiatives.
- - Manage vendor relationships and budgets to support learning priorities.
Qualifications
- - Experience in leading engaging learning sessions.
- - Experience conducting needs assessments.
- - Strong project management skills.
- - Ability to analyze data to measure the impact of learning.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
