IT Project Manager - Digital Commerce & Omnichannel, Global FMCG
Our client are a global FMCG leader, recruiting a Digital Commerce Product Manager.
This is a chance to take on a key role in the digital transformation of a global company. You'll lead digital strategies and product development for digital commerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product lifecycle for digital commerce.
- Develop and implement the digital roadmap.
- Optimize systems and processes.
- Translate requirements into specifications and create acceptance criteria.
- Analyze digital solutions' performance and recommend improvements.
- Lead change management for new digital solutions.
- Engage with business partners to address challenges and leverage digital opportunities.
- Oversee product delivery, meeting key milestones and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B & D2C Digital Commerce, retail, and omnichannel strategies.
- Experience building digital capabilities with commercial, consumer experience, and digital marketing teams (preferred).
- Proficiency in Traditional & Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, user experience, and media planning (preferred).
