IT Manager - Tokyo
I am ooking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations in our client Tokyo office. You will be the go-to person for all local IT matters-ranging from user support and systems management to cybersecurity and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support to Japan-based users and coordinate with global IT teams.
Maintain and troubleshoot systems, endpoints, and networks.
Manage user accounts, software deployment, and asset inventory.
Support AV setups, network operations, and cybersecurity measures.
Document IT processes and maintain system compliance.
Coordinate vendor support and IT procurement.
Requirements
5+ years of IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of end-user computing, Windows environments, O365, networks, and cybersecurity.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Proactive, customer-focused, and organized.
