IT Infrastructure & SaaS Specialist
Location: Tokyo (Hybrid)
We are looking for IT professionals to join our client's Global IT Headquarters. This role will involve supporting employees' IT infrastructure, managing SaaS tools, ensuring security, and developing internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global IT Team - Develop and manage authentication/authorization systems, manage device lifecycle via MDM, and improve IT systems through research and PoC of new technology.
- IT Support Team - Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing system performance for employees.
- Corporate SaaS Management - Oversee SaaS operations for global subsidiaries, balancing functionality, security, and cost-efficiency to support company-wide productivity.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Business-level Japanese (N2 to native) and English (TOEIC 700+ equivalent).
- Preferred Experience: Device security, SaaS management (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack), corporate IT automation, incident management systems, and device support (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).
- Technical Skills: Basic networking (TCP/IP), scripting, experience with IDaaS (e.g., Entra ID, Okta), and hands-on hardware troubleshooting.
