• - 人材データの分析
• - 組織のパフォーマンスやスキル向上を目指したプロジェクトの管理

応募資格:

• - 5年以上の人事経験
• - 人事ビジネスパートナーとしての経験
• - 半導体またはテクノロジー業界での経験
• - 戦略的な企画力
• - コーチングやトレーニングの提供経験
