Sr. HRBP Manager (Hybrid Remote Work OK!)
Our client are a global leader in customer experience solutions, recruiting a Sr. HRBP Manager. You'll provide strategic HR support, manage a team, and lead major HR transformation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage HR team.
- Serve as the primary HR contact lead for multiple client groups.
- Lead HR projects (including succession planning, salary planning, and performance management).
- Coach managers and employees on complex employee relations issues.
- Lead HR transformation projects.
- Investigate employee concerns and conduct internal audits.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- 5+ years experience in team management roles.
- Experience with union management.
- Understanding of C&B, and employee relations.
- Experience in BPO, consulting and / or IT (preferred).
- Experience working in global environment (preferred).
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
