HR Operations Specialist


We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist for a key client in the finance industry. The role involves managing HR services and administrative tasks, focusing on compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee data management.


Key Responsibilities:


- Handle HR processes, ensuring payroll, time tracking, and benefits administration are accurate and comply with regulations.
- Deliver excellent service in HR operations, creating a positive workplace experience.

- Keep the HR Operations knowledge base up to date and help with HR data reporting.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
- Experience in improving business processes and finding more efficient ways to work.
- Strong skills in organizing and documenting information.
- Proven record of excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail, ensuring tasks are done accurately.
- Knowledge of employee relations and HR policies, with the ability to handle routine issues and ensure compliance.
