We are looking for a Hotel Operations Specialist to join the pre-opening team of a top international luxury hotel in Sapporo. 主な業務内容

• 日々のホテルオペレーションを監督し、円滑な運営を確保する。
• ラグジュアリーホテルの基準に沿った高品質なサービスを維持する。
• 各部門と連携し、最適なオペレーションパフォーマンスを達成する。
• チームメンバーのトレーニングと育成を支援し、ゲスト体験の向上を図る。
• ゲストのフィードバックを分析し、継続的な改善計画を策定する。

応募資格

• ホテルオペレーションでの最低3年間の経験、特にラグジュアリーセクターでの経験が望ましい。
• 優れた組織力とリーダーシップスキル。
• 英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、日本語ができれば尚可。
• 多忙なプレオープニング環境でのマルチタスク管理能力。
• 高品質なゲストサービスの提供に専心できる方。
