We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager for a leading company in the financial services sector. You will lead a team to manage payroll for over 2,000 employees. Responsibilities:

Manage payroll operations to ensure they are completed on time and accurately.

給与業務を管理し、期限内かつ正確に完了することを確保します。

Handle off-cycle payments, bonuses, and make sure all compliance requirements are met.

サイクル外の支払いやボーナスを管理し、すべてのコンプライアンス要件を満たすことを確認します。

Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations.

給与関連の規制変更に常に最新の情報を把握します。

Lead and mentor your team, focusing on skill development and performance.

Provide training to ensure everyone follows company policies and procedures.

Look for ways to improve payroll processes and suggest changes.

Implement new solutions to enhance payroll efficiency.

Help define project goals, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Create project reports and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5-6 years of experience in payroll, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

給与業務での5〜6年の経験があり、うち少なくとも2年間のリーダーシップ経験がある方。

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field.

会計、人事、または関連分野での学士号を取得している方。

Knowledge of Japan's tax, statutory, and labor laws.

日本の税法、法定規制、労働法に関する知識を有する方。

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（話す・書く両方）を有する方。

Experience with systems like Workday, SAP, and ADP GlobalView is a plus.

Workday、SAP、ADP GlobalViewなどのシステム経験がある方は歓迎します。

Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work well with others.
