Responsible for full functions of human resource management, including payroll, social insurance contribution and tax filing, C&B, employee performance management, recruitment, employee relations (from on-boarding to exit management)
Assist in updating and enhancing all HR policies & procedures
Office Management (20%)
Handle full range of office administration matters
Provide secretarial support to senior executive and prepare regular analysis report and sales admin support
Requirements:
Over five years of experience in human resources in a Generalist role
Familiar with Japan labor law, industry practices and market best practices
Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese
