Head of Talent Acquisition / Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Our client are an innovative AI start-up recruiting a Head of Talent Acquisition / Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

This is a great chance for an experienced Head of TA to take on broader responsibility, and to shape HR from the ground up in a fast growing company.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop TA strategies & employer branding to attract top tech talent.
• - Create and implement HR policies.
• - Manage external vendors.
• - Manage performance assessment systems.
• - Launch initiatives & projects that improve the work environment.
• - Lead learning and development.

Qualifications:

• - Significant experience in talent acquisition.
• - Experience within the tech and AI sectors (strongly preferred).
• - Strong skills in strategic HR planning and organization (preferred).
• - Experience in creating a supportive and high-performing work culture.
• - Team management experience
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
