Responsibilities
- Develop Japan IT strategy.
- Lead & manage Japan IT team (currently more than 10 staff).
- Oversee IT projects and system enhancements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
- Maintain IT management policies and standards.
- Align IT governance with local and global policies.
- Ensure quality service in daily IT operations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee annual IT budget and resources.
- Maintain IT business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in IT management.
- Project management experience.
- Leadership skills.
- Skills in advanced analytics and data management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, data security, and compliance.
- Experience in vendor management (highly preferred).
- Travel industry experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of card payment systems (preferred).
- MUST be fluent in Japanese.
