We are looking for an experienced Head of IT/IT Director for a top luxury retail company. This role involves improving technology operations, optimizing internal systems, and managing software solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes through effective IT strategies and leading the brand's technological growth.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage the setup, configuration, and upkeep of software applications, including POS systems.
• - Ensure smooth operations by fixing technical issues and applying updates.
• - Lead ERP, EC platforms, and CRM projects using Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methods.
• - Oversee hardware infrastructure like servers, network gear, and mobile devices.
• - Plan and carry out hardware updates or replacements to ensure peak performance.
• - Provide tech support and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• - Run training sessions to improve staff technical skills and application use.
• - Develop and apply strategies to protect data integrity and availability.
• - Set up data protection measures and recovery plans to protect sensitive info.
• - Create IT policies to comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• - Keep documentation for compliance and work with auditors on IT projects.

Qualification

• - Proven experience in managing applications and infrastructure.
• - Experience with POS systems.
• - Fluent in English for effective communication and negotiation with headquarters.
• - Experience as an external vendor for internal operation improvements is a plus.
