Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist

A leading name in Luxury Retail industry is currently recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Senior Specialist to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's compensation and benefits strategies.
• Conduct competitive market research for pay practices.
• Streamline in-house payroll operations in collaboration with HR and management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Offer guidance on C&B matters, including benefits administration, job evaluation, and salary structure development.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, with focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Demonstrable experience with in-house payroll processing.
• Comprehensive understanding of domestic labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual ability in Japanese and English preferred.

• 国内の労働法と法定要件に対する深い理解。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、分析能力、問題解決能力。
• 日本語と英語のバイリンガルが望ましい。
