We are searching for Fund Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have an established background in accounting / auditin,g and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising client-related teams and coordinating timely work product delivery.
• Implementing thorough accounting knowledge, specifically in alternative investment funds / private equity.
• Overseeing transaction documentation, accruals, and other investment-related activities.
• Conducting management fee calculations and handling distribution waterfall models.
• Managing the annual audit process in collaboration with clients and auditors.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally with a focus on accounting or auditing.
• Proficiency in client service and teamwork.
• Experience in reviewing financial statements, capital call, distribution calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements.
• Competence in handling the year-end audit process and client information requests.
