Responsibilities:

Lead & manage a team.
Strategic planning & budgeting.
Lead financial management & reporting.
Financial policy formulation & implementation.
Oversee monthly account reconciliation.
Collaborate with department heads on cost-benefit analyses for special projects.
Manage internal and external audits.
Manage relationships with external vendors.
Monitor inventory and ensure effective procurement controls.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
Experience in hotels / hospitality (strongly preferred)
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to lead a team & manage projects
MUST be fluent in Japanese.
