• Lead and train a team.
• Oversee daily spa operations to maintain high service standards.
• Create and implement new spa services and wellness programs.
• Manage budgets & inventory.
• Work with marketing team on promotions and special campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
• Experience working in luxury environment.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
