Our client are a leading Asia-centric private equity fund recruiting a Finance Head.

You'll support Japanese companies in expanding across Asia, and capturing inbound demand. This is an opportunity to guide one of the foremost Asia-centric private equity funds.

Responsibilities

General Partner's institutional management, including General Meetings of Shareholders, Board of Directors, Regulations Management)
Handle audit and self-inspection procedures
Manage LP-related activities, such as solicitation procedures and capital calls for investments
Prepare financial statements with business partners
Conduct valuations for term-end evaluations of investments
Maintain IR communication with GP shareholders and LP investors
Support SPC management and assist the investment team and administrative operations

Qualifications

Relevant experience at a senior level
Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and legal principles
(Preferred) Proficiency in Chinese
(Preferred) Experience in private equity fund administration and industry knowledge
Must be fluent in Japanese.
