Director of Conference Services (Hotel / Hospitality)
Our client are a global premium hotel company, seeking a Director of Conference Services. This is a senior role, with team management responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the conference services team.
- Deliver exceptional guest engagement and operational efficiency.
- Manage function rooms and hotel facilities profitably.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategically manage banquet and room revenues.
- Set & implementing upselling strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in conference services or operations
- Experience in hotel industry (preferred).
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strategic problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
