Our client are a world-leading hotel / hospitality group, recruiting a Director of Revenue Management for a major Tokyo property.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management within the hospitality industry, the ability to develop strategy, and strong team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the revenue management team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitive behavior, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Oversee the configuration and management of key revenue systems (including the revenue management system, central reservation system, and property management system).
• Lead special projects to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue management.
• Team / project leadership experience.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
