Our client are a global securities firm, seeking a Client Onboarding specialist. This hire can be made at various seniorities, so we encourage a wide range of applications.

You will facilitate and manage client interactions within the global markets. This is a key role in maintaining high standards of client service and supporting the firm's operational efficiency with clear career development pathways.

主な業務内容:

ビジネスと規制基準に沿ったクライアントオンボーディングプロセスの管理。
クライアントのデューデリジェンス実施と口座開設手続きの管理。
KYC、データ管理、法務、コンプライアンス等の内部部門と連携し、取引プロセスの効率化を図る。
米国、英国、香港、シンガポール、インドなどの国際拠点のオンボーディングチームとの連携し、各地域の規制に準拠する。
決済プロセスの支援やデリバティブおよび構造化商品の評価通知の提供。

必要な資格・経験:

国際的なオフィス協力やグローバルクライアントとの関係管理の経験。
証券外務員第一種資格。
金融商品と規制に関する理解。
KYCプロセスの経験（あれば尚可）。
RPA/DX技術に関する知識（あれば尚可）。
