Client Manager - Payment Services
We are looking for a Client Manager skilled in Payment Services for a leading company in the financial services industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with global Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and major merchants.
Responsibilities:
- - Build and maintain strong partnerships with global PSPs and major merchants to boost business.
- - Improve business metrics like charge volume, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- - Create and execute strategies for revenue growth and long-term success.
- - Develop relationships with senior management of client organizations and work with internal teams.
- - Work independently with teams like Marketing, Pricing, and Risk to handle complex business issues.
- - Share industry knowledge and insights with the Client Management team to enhance learning and practices.
Qualifications:
- - Fluent in Japanese and English.
- - Over 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management.
- - Strong focus on results with the ability to challenge traditional methods.
- - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
- - Solid understanding of finance and business, especially in the payments industry.
- - Proven strategic thinking and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- - Experience with Payment Service Providers (PSP).
