クライアント・エンゲージメント・マネージャーは、日本における顧客関係を強化し、グローバル基準に沿いながらも日本市場のニーズに適応したCRM戦略を推進します。主な責任には、顧客データの管理、CRM施策の実施、ロイヤルティおよびリテンションプログラムの計画、店舗および本社チームと連携したエクスクルーシブなクライアイベントの企画が含まれます。

Role Summary:
The Client Engagement Manager will strengthen client relationships and drive the CRM strategy in Japan, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local market needs. Key responsibilities include managing client data, executing CRM initiatives, planning loyalty and retention programs, and organizing exclusive client events in collaboration with store and HQ teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client data to inform and execute CRM strategies by store and customer segment.
  • Act as the local CRM contact, ensuring activities align with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with store managers to inspire in-store clienteling actions and engagement.
  • Plan and implement the CRM action calendar, coordinate appropriate & elevated VIC retention initiatives in stores, and manage direct marketing tools.
  • Track CRM activity KPIs and communicate insights with retail teams and HQ.

Requirements:

  • Native-level Japanese, business-level English.
  • 3-5 years CRM experience in retail.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; experience with digital CRM tools.
  • Retail operations and in-store selling experience are pluses.
