APAC HR Operations Manager

Our client are a global pharma group, recruiting a HR Operations Manager. You'll take on a senior management role across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR Operations across APAC region.
• Manage multiple teams.
• Oversee all stages of the employee journey, from hiring to retirement, including changes to contracts and job roles.
• Handle the hiring, onboarding, and exit process of external workforce.
• Act as a link for payroll and reporting needs when required.
• Manage vendors both in Japan and abroad.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• International experience (preferred, but not required)
• Team leadership ability.
• Strategic mindset, desire to drive new HR initiatives and improvements.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
