Our client are a global leader in manufacturing, IT, and R&D, headquartered in Kawasaki. They're searching for a HR Operations Generalist. You'll handle a wide range of HR functions.

Responsibilities

• - Manage onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and local training programs.
• - Oversee specific HR activities and workflows.
• - Respond to manager and employee questions quickly and accurately.
• - Support and implement HR initiatives locally and globally.
• - Identify and execute improvements in HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• - Experience in HR operations
• - Experience with payroll and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
• - Knowledge of Japan labor law and social insurance.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
