応募資格：

- ホテル業界または温泉業界における10年以上の経営管理経験。
- 日本の温泉ホテル経営に関する深い知識と戦略計画の能力。
- 優れたリーダーシップ、組織調整能力、チームビルディングのスキル。
- 市場動向とマーケティング戦略に対する強い理解。
- 中国語の知識があれば望ましい。
