We are representing a top company in the manufacturing sector looking for an experienced Total Rewards Leader to reshape their pay and benefits strategy for over 3,000 employees in Japan. This important role, based in either Tokyo or Fukuoka, is a key part of the HR team and reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Key Responsibilities:
- Design pay structures that match business goals and market trends.
- Create performance assessment systems to connect individual achievements with rewards.
- Manage and improve compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and yearly adjustments.
- Regularly review and update the compensation strategy to keep it effective and relevant.
- Work with different departments to implement and discuss pay initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing pay systems.
- Strong skills in improving process flows for better efficiency.
- Experience in handling performance-based bonuses and incentive programs.
